Standard Inline Check Valves

• Back-flow protection without additional connections
• Inlet and outlet designs
• Add to any existing 1/4-28 flat-bottom or 10-32 coned port (outlet only)
• 15 psi and 3 psi cracking pressure versions

Most of these inline Check Valves connect directly to any 1/4-28 flat-bottom port, but there is one outlet check valve (CV-3345) for 10-32 coned ports. Once installed, the sealing system eliminates back flow.

This unique design also eliminates the need for additional tubing cuts and connections to install traditional check valves. They accept fittings with 1/32", 1/16", 1/8" or 1.0 to 3.0 mm OD tubing.

The swept volume of the CV-3301, 3302 and 3401 is 20 µL. For the CV-3310, CV-3315 and CV-3316, the volume is 16µL.

All models of these check valves have PEEK™ polymer bodies, giving them excellent chemical resistance. The sealing surfaces are PCTFE (Kel-F®), with a PTFE sealing ball and stainless steel spring. For the added benefit of metal-free flow paths, and even lower cracking pressure (1 psi/.07 bar), consider one of our Biocompatible Inline Check Valves (click "Alternate Parts").

Maximum reverse pressure rating is 2,000 psi. Going higher than this rating may cause future performance problems.

CV-3301, -3302, -3401 and -3345 all have 15 psi (1.0 bar) +/- 5 psi cracking pressure. CV-3310, CV -3315 and CV -3316 have 3 psi (0.2 bar) +/- 1.5 psi cracking pressure. (NOTE: Pressures listed in "Compare Specs" are cracking pressures.)
