1/4-28 Polymer Shut-Off Valves • For Lower Pressure Applications • Biocompatible, all polymer flow-path • Internal volume as low as 2.5µL Stop a flow stream quickly with our biocompatible Shut-Off Valves.The bodies are manufactured from either PEEK™ or Tefzel® (ETFE) with a Kel-F® rotor, making them highly resistant to chemical attack. Try one of our ETFE valves, which turn at a low torque and hold to 500 psi (34.5 bar). The blue colorant used in some valve configurations has proven not to leach out with most common HPLC solvents. Connect semirigid polymer tubing, such as PEEK or Fluoropolymer e.g., FEP, PFA, with the Upchurch Scientific® Flangeless Fittings provided. Soft tubing, such as Pharmed® or Tygon®, may be connected to these valves using our 1/4-28 barbed adapters (click "Use With Parts").
