Micro Static Mixing Tee • 20µL to 250µL flow rates • .95µL* internal swept volume • 5,000 psi (345 bar) maximum pressure rating This totally biocompatible, chemically resistant Micro Static Mixing Tee is designed for flow rates of 20µL to 250µL, making it ideal for micro flow analyses. With a swept volume of only .95µL (including frit volume), this PEEK™ polymer and Kel-F® (PCTFE) tee adds only about 20 psi (1.4 bar) backpressure to most systems (within the stated flow rate range). The M-540 has a 0.5µm PEEK frit, with a KEL-F® ring, in the center port to aid in mixing. The M-540A has no frit. The Micro Static Mixing Tee is designed to connect to 1/16" OD tubing and has a maximum pressure rating of 5,000 psi (345 bar). Turbulent mixing of solvents often increases outgassing.
