FEP Teflon®
FEP is a nice, melt-processed alternative to PTFE Teflon. FEP exhibits many
similar properties to the more familiar PTFE, while being melt-processable,
allowing for a lower gas permeability and improved optical clarity. In fact,
of the general-purpose Teflon resins, FEP is the most transparent.
